Omaha steaks international
LoTemp’s relationship with Omaha Steaks didn’t end after refrigerating our new 15,000 square-foot freezer on time and within budget. They supplied us with the proper documentation and training required under Process Safety Management standards.
We know with LoTemp there are no hidden costs and their projects will be O.S.H.A and EPA compliant.
Just ask our customers...

  PSM
Plants with more than 10,000 lbs of ammonia are required by OSHA to complete a Process Safety Management (PSM) Program. LoTemp has completed a number of OSHA approved PSM programs for their customers. A PSM program consists of 14 elements: back to top

  RMP
In addition to PSM Programs, LoTemp develops EPA-approved Risk Management Programs (RMP). The RMP analyzes the potential chemical hazard of an ammonia release to the surrounding community and environment. back to top

  Ammonia Detection
All of the ammonia gas detection and alarm systems that LoTemp represents are designed to respond to a percentage range of ammonia in the environment; measured in parts per million. If a leak occurs, a visual and auditory alarm is tripped notifying the maintenance personnel of the problem. These devices along with good refrigeration design and proper preventive maintenance is an excellent means for controlling ammonia leaks. back to top
