LoTemp performs a number of PM services, both on an as-needed basis and through custom preventative maintenance programs for individual facilities. LoTemp’s preventative maintenance services compliment a plant’s mechanical integrity program to ensure PSM compliance. LoTemp’s service technicians are manufacturer trained and will provide reports compliant with PSM requirements in 1910.119(j)(4)(iv) and written in language you can understand. Additionally, backups of all reports are stored electronically in an off-site, automatically backed-up server.
